- What do you do with the candidate's details?
- We use them only to contact the candidate about that role and delete them 90 days after the loop has been closed.
- What does the candidate hear?
- We tell them who we are, who we are acting for, the outcome and the reason you chose, kindly and directly. If you tell us about other opportunities or want them kept in mind for future roles, we pass that on and advocate for the outcome you want.
- What if you can't reach them?
- We try reaching out 3 separate times and notify you of each attempt. If they can't be reached after 3 tries, we stop trying but still take a return call from them if received.
